You should try again in a couple of days, using FMU (first morning urine). 25MIU will be able to detect lower hcg, so can detect earlier than 50MIU. HCG doubles every 2 - 3 days. Normal level is 5MIU or lower, the body start producing hcg once the baby is implanted (6 - 10 days after ovulation).
