hi, im just curious to what extend people believe such thing? do you really believe there is such things as work from home, and u can really make 2-10 k a month? please share your opinion here. i might able to share some idea but it takes hard works. :)
seriously. as a fitness professional, i have never com across such things. im not saying it might not but base on commen sence, how? how can it become loose by just running?
actually there is nothing as no time, its just an excuse.. u can still do some body weight exercise. :) sometimes talk is easy then done i believe its about planning.
even if he is a doctor i totally dont agree of what he say..
1. does he have a prove that people must work more then 3hr to lose weight? base on what? he as a doctor he should know everyone of use are very much different even on how our body react to any form of medication is also different...
i agree to what you say, nerve thing normal xray cant really tell.. those symptom you say are very important. if the feeling went all the way to your toes thats the worst.
what im trying to say is dont judge. when your body dont feel good, go chek it out with the doctor if still not satisfy...
trust yourself and exercise can lose weight.. no point in depending on eating certain stuff to lose weight. toward an extend when your body get to used to it it wont have any effect anymore, just like pain killer.
