yups, been experiencing back pain as well especially when i sit for too long. or when i lay down in certain positions. that's when i ask my husband to massage my back every night...esp the lower back just a short massage abt 5 to 10 mins. My MIL told me to ask him to do it. he can't...

my mother in law does massages for prenatal and post natal.. she was advising me the other day that we preggy mummies can do massages but wait slightly till the 2nd trimester. but then the massage lady wld not touch yr tummy. she will do the rest of the body...
so funny .... the things we went through during pregnancy. was talking to my sister about my scan...the other day and showed her the print out. she's doing bio for her o's. she saw the ambryionic fluid surrounding the baby and said" hey look... baby's shock absorber!"
oh god.... everyone going tru the same thing or the other...... me too.... in my 10 weeks now... still tired but not as tired as the first few weeks.and i cant stomach just plain water.... if want to drink water have to put lemon slices in it if not something gassy... like coke to stop the puky...
hehe.... i fell in the toilet once... it was so slippery. my hubby was nearby but did not managed to catch me on time... i was really worried at that time but
