Don't worry! Not as painful as you thought. Initially I was super afraid of it, my friends all told me the most painful is the labour. Why I keep thinking of the cut. I really didn't feel the cut at all.

When you know that your contraction is increasing from the reading, you can start using ur laughing gas. Breath in and out hard for about 5 times and it really helps. Though the pain is still there but you will be too high to think about it.

Did you ask your gynae hw he/she did the stitching? I asked mine when he's stitching, he mentioned he stitch it frm inside to outside and it need 3 layers. Didn't really catch what he meant by 3 layers q

How old is your baby? Mine 3.5mths, and her napping duration is from 30mins to 45mins the max. Hardly can exceed an hour unless she's very tired. I heard from my friend that her bb also like this.
