hi Charlottee,
the symptoms you mentioned do sound like you might be pregnant! have you also experienced tenderness in your breasts and fatigue?
I think to make sure it's best that you go for a blood test because HPTs might not be the most accurate.

there are other ways of getting back in shape besides using creams and going for massages, which can be quite expensive. personally i love briskwalking the best because you just have to put on your track shoes and go walk around your block but you might like one of the other 5 exercises!

Re: bunny eve
hello bunnytay!
I've got 2 recipes to recommend you: Potato purée and sweet potato purée! Both potato and sweet potato are rich in iron and these recipes are fantastic for 6 months old and above. But since you posted in January, I think your baby should be around 8-9 months old...
Hey dasiew,
Just wanted to encourage you to keep hoping. You will not be disappointed. I've read so many stories of real women on this forum who have written here to say that they were blessed with their bundle of joy despite all the struggles and difficult situations that they've faced while...
Hello quincy1986, I think it's ok! Was it the missionary position? It's actually one of the best positions to help you to conceive! Next time do try out this method: Put a pillow right under your rear-end once you finish. This allows for the maximum amount of semen to enter the cervix. Hope this...
hey ZeeYana, if you are up for trying something new, i know of two recipes that can help increase milk production. First one is fish tail and papaya soup, a dish that is recommended for mothers who are breastfeeding. Another recipe is fish head and green papaya soup, which is created by Thomson...
hi huiyin87,
from what i know, it's most ideal to pump up to 800-950ml by 14 days after delivery. 2-3 full pumps should be enough for one time feeding. Your condition doesn't sound very good to me. You might want to try out nipple shields because they can prevent more skin from peeling off. And...
Hello Gwynne,
You can incorporate milk into semi solids and introduce it to your baby girl, example a homemade banana smoothie. Another recipe that is suitable for her would be a sweet potato purée recipe. I think these foods are very good because of the natural ingredients used and the taste...
hello meowmummy,
i think like the other mummies said, it's natural to have lumpy breasts after giving birth, might be due to milk congestion. You can try simple remedies like encouraging your baby to suck more often to relieve engorgement or massaging your breasts to soften the tissue and...
Hey Windcloud,
Try these recipes: Fish tail and papaya soup, which is good for breastfeeding mommies because it helps increase milk supply. Another recipe that helps is fish head and green papaya soup, this one is also good for mummies who are lactating. Let us know how it goes =)
