better to use maternity pads for the first 2 weeks. cos' flow was quite heavy for me.. i feel it absorbs better and more comfortable. :)

i am using the one with timer, speed control and music. i think the brand is call ibaby. the sales person say more reliable. but i found the music too noisy so usually turn off.
