at this mmt when he is still fever,monitor and gve him 4hrly..until when he more or less recover from fever by 3rd days onward...gve 6hrly.. for para the range is btw 4 to 6 hr ly for nurofen, is every 6 to 8 hrs..but to gve only if fever is 38.5 above,remember this.

usually my explaination is nurofen and para canot gve together. if fever is 38.5 above,gve nurofen and monitor. (note: to gve e nxt dose of nurofen,must be every 8hr apart i.e fever went up to 38.5 again) after 1 hr, u can give para to reduce his fever further. subsequent dose of para will...
