Singapore Cable Car	Cosy up onboard our romantic ‘joyride’ in a space that belongs to only you and your loved one that night. Savour a tantalising four-course meal under the twinkling stars as you fly across the night sky on three round trips. The gorgeous city vista is all yours to take in from high above. Start off the evening with Smoked Hokkaido Scallops Micro Cress, Shaved Fennel Salad and Curry Mayo, and Traditional Lobster Bisque Lobster Dumpling and Whiskey Cream. Next, enjoy either a Yuzu Marinated Black Cod with Edamame Puree, Enoki Mushroom, and Baby Spinach with Soya Mirin Glaze or Braised US Short Ribs with Mocha Potato Mousseline, Baby Romaine Salad and Roasted Peppers. Finish the night with a White Chocolate Avocado Mint Cucumber Apple Gelee and Raspberry Coulis. Spuds & Aprons	Love is in the air up high at Spuds & Aprons! Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and indulge with the love of your life with a colourful four-course menu starting with a Thai infused Scallop Ceviche with Coconut, Fresh Sea Urchin on Wasabi Panna Cotta, Signature Crab Cake with Remoulade Sauce and a Cream of Forrest Mushroom Cappuccino Foam and Wattle Seed. For your main course, choose from a Grilled Hoisin Marinated US Prime Sirloin or Sous Vide of Cod Fish Roulade with Slipper Lobster Poached Oysters, Leeks and Potato Fondue, Fennel Salad, Basil Oil. Then end the night on a sweet note with a Poached Pear and Spiced Butter Biscuit with Chilled Mascarpone Cheese. Faber Bistro	In a tranquil spot, tucked away in the greenery of Mount Faber Park, this cosy dining joint gives its guests an unobstructed vista of the city so you drink in the view as you fill up on great food and fine wines. Faber Bistro has lined up a four-course meal of Citrus Crabmeat Salad on Chilled Watermelon, Smoked Tomato Soup with Sea Scallop and Parmesan Garlic Croutons, Oven-Roasted Chicken Roulade stuffed with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese.
