Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner! Comes in a pot. Easy to apply and waterproof! Have tried other brands (MAC, Clinique, Kate, Maybelline) but none lasts as long as Bobbi Brown's.

You need a separate brush to apply the eyeliner though.

am using chanel's waterproof eyeliner, the twist and turn kind.
Easier to use and wun go wrong.

I am using a japanese brand which is selling in Sasa. According to the staff, in Japan the Geisha will use it to apply on for their make up. It's not that expensive, only selling about $10+ quite water proof and glide on easily on eye. I had this oily eye lid problem, so this liquid eye liner work best on me. It's smudge proof too! Had used up 3 pencils already and 1 pencil can last up till 2-3 months at least. Worth the buy!
