Anyway, what so of health supplements are recommended for TTC? I read that one can start taking folic or some thing?

Yes u can take folic acid when u TTC can get it at NTUC pharmacy for about $2.50

ladies - folic acid, b vitamins
men - zinc, b vitamins

Hi,

Yeah must take folic until about 16 weeks that what my gynae said. Just to share, I am 12 weeks pregnant! The past few weeks down with morning sickness and spotting, now more stable. Good luck to everyone! i am also hoping for another gal. My first is a daughter.
