Anyone took their baby to BABYSPA @ 3 months?

My confinement nanny told me her mommies took their newborn to Babyspa as early as 1 month old and shared stories about the benefits. My babies are 1 week shy of 3 months old and I was wondering if it is advisable to bring them there when their neck is still not strong enough to support themselves.

I brought mine when she' s 3 months. My sis in law brought hers when the baby was 1 month. They enjoyed it.
