Arrival of Sweetie Pie Adelle

Dear folks

Very pleased to announce the arrival of my bb girl Adelle on 31 Jan 2011, at 2.86 kg and 48 cm : )

Actually she is supposed to be born today, but gynae wanted my C sect done 2 weeks earlier as it is a 3rd caesaerean.

Adelle says "Hi!" to everyone : )

Firstly, congrats ^_^

o.. 3rd c-sect have to be 2 wk early.. do u know if 2nd c-sect must be how long early??? cos this will be my 2nd c-sect

For my 2nd C sect, doc did not make any special mention that i must hv it done earlier.The reason the 3rd C sect is done 2 weeks early is bec he said the wound may rupture if i wait till 40th wk, as the skin/flesh around it is rather thin from my previous 2 c sect births...

But in anycase,for my 2nd c sect he allowed me to choose my bb's birth date anywhere from 37 weeks onwards since bb considered full term from then...

Maybe u'd like to double check with your gynae?
