AVADA transfer a license to another hosting in the same domain

Hello.
I have a regular license since 2015 and used for a domain. For the reason of the change of hosting.
After taking down the previous web page on the previous server, we have opened another WordPress with the same domain with the same license, and it does not allow me to register.

The purchase code is already being used on another domain.

We have confirmed the license is the only one. And Token Number also correct.

Can you give us the solution?

I think you should ask this question to the technical support of the hosting you are using now.

It'd help if you asked it before you purchased the license. But I see you did it in 2015, which was a long ago. Of course, you couldn't foresee what would happen to your website.
But, for the future, I recommend you choose some low-cost web hosting services. It will save you a lot of time and money if you decide to switch to something else and need another license.
