Reduces flange size from standard 25mm to 21mm for smaller-breasted mummies. A fitting flange size maximises the amt of breast milk pumped. The silicone material makes it very comfortable, similar to the patented Avent massage cushion.

1 piece is brand new still sealed in plastic, whereas the other piece has been used only once. Selling because they were too small for me after I gave birth.
