Actually i duno is it a gd or bad thing to b born on leap day coz it seem like u only get to celebrate her bday once every 4yrs BUT u save $$$ + it is unique day.

Actually, to me, if my baby is a leap year baby, I will still celebrate the birthday. Afterall, it's usual that we celebrate our kids' birthdays early as not all actual birthdays fall on the wkends. I usually celebrate on the wkend before the actual day.
