Baby's head shivering

Dear mummies, my baby has this problem of his head shivering (moving from front to back) when he is nursing to sleep. Its only for a few seconds and stops but its scary because it looks like epilepsy. My baby is 4 months and a half. Is it coz he's cold or he's afraid? His head starts shivering, then followed by his arms and then it stopped in a few seconds. It has happened twice. Not sure why this happens. Does this happen to your babies too or do you know why it happens?

Could it be he just pee-ed? My boy does a slight tremble when he pees sometimes.

Ekari, he did it very often, usually when he's tired and he's nursing to sleep.

Lucky its not seizure or epilepsy. These moms said their babies had it too and its probably due to immature nervous system.

my son also does that. its quite frightening lor but whenever he does that, i will hold his hands tightly and he will stop.
