trust yourself and exercise can lose weight.. no point in depending on eating certain stuff to lose weight. toward an extend when your body get to used to it it wont have any effect anymore, just like pain killer.Anyway, I have started to do exercise. Yeah! Hopefully, this way of slimming down will helps.
I will have to re-look my eating habits as I have a fondness for rice and its one of my main enemies.
even if he is a doctor i totally dont agree of what he say..I regretted spending $14k at a Big organization slimming centre... Never see any results n spend another fortune to see weight management specialist at Paragon. So far so good lol... Dr Wong use natural methods. According to him, exercise maintains weight, need to exercise 3 hours to lose weight. (of course diet plays a apart) He told me to totally forget about going for exercise!
actually there is nothing as no time, its just an excuse.. u can still do some body weight exercise. sometimes talk is easy then done i believe its about planning.I'm a stay at home mum (stay at home mum). Will go back to work force when son learn to talk and go childcare. I prefer working life, yet hope to bring son up myself...
