Well, it's individual, but some of my friends really started to feel better. It's all about making time for yourself, remembering that you need rest, being financially independent. Then you won't be afraid of anything.
Many people, after they get divorced, go into depression and stop living life to the fullest. But this is wrong, it is very important to always find the strength to move on!
It's hard for me to talk about this with anyone. With friends and loved ones, I pretend to be happy. But I am bad. I feel bad because I wasted a lot of time.
