Bidet recommendations

I am looking to get a bidet, but I don't have any electrical close to the toilet. That means I could get a purely mechanical device (no hot water, not air dry, etc.), or I could have electrical installed solely for the purpose of the bidet.

I'd be interested in hearing any bidet recommendations. Does anyone have a non-heated one, how is it? Would it be worthwhile to go through the effort and cost of getting electrical installed to get heated water and air drying?

Due to warm Singapore weather, water temperature is not that cold. Non-electrical bidet works fine for me and my family.
