Birth Registration of new born - divorcing mother

I'm married but going through a divorce (not finalised). I've just given birth to my baby. Husband does not want to acknowledge baby though baby is his. I'm not planning to have his name in the birth cert as well. Anyone faced this problem? Registering baby without fathers name while still being legally married. Not sure if I can register as single mother at ICA. Any advice would help... Thanks in advance.

i think i am too late. but when the status was "married" then you need to have both names included.

but i advise it would be better that his name is inside for maintenance purposes.
