Black line on stomach

Are you going thru your confinement massage ? If you are, those could be the markings from the mixture which the massage lady has applied to your tummy.
Otherwise, now the skin of your tummy is in the state of losing it's elasticity, therefore the darker skin colour. Give it some time, maybe a few wks for the colour to lighten up slightly. If you are not going thru C-sect, buy lulur or scrubs avail easily from stores and do.it.yourself gently every two days or so.
Maybe others have other ideas too.

tks 4 all ur advise!! kinda stress la when i c those markings?
e black circle is like e black line too.. had it when i'm abt 7mths preg.
already finish my massage, cos i took it for 7days...

I also have tis black line & black circle on my stomach, around the belly button in the later part of my pregnancy. And my belly button has become protruded since my belly expanded. They have not returned to its unitial apperance after birth... had asked my gynae & he said those black lines will fade away after a few years!!! Not sure if I've heard correctly...
So sad, my belly & thighs are now so scarred!
I wonder how long will it be flat as before (without any malay massage - very.expensive)? Any other effective means to get rid of it?

whoa a few years to fade!!!! :mshocked: anyway my beautician did mention abt at least a year....
I am hoping someone can invent a wonder eraser for us to erase off the stretchmarks! ha!
anyway, i think there is no easy way to slim down those tummy.. i guess we just have to exercise exercise exercise! :wong4:
