Medela nipple former (brand new)
Information:
The nipple former prepares flat or inverted nipples for breastfeeding. Flat or inverted nipples can make breast feeding difficult. Some babies have trouble latching on correctly to these nipples, causing sore nipples. Gentle pressure on the areola from the silicone membrane gradually forces the nipple out. The therapy can be started before or during pregnancy (4th-7th month. Start with wearing the nipple former for 1 hr a day and gradually increase to approximately 8 hours daily) and also after birth between feeding (1/2-1 hr before breastfeeding).
Assembly and use:
Put the silicone membrane on the shell. Be sure it snaps on all the way around. Place the assembled nipple former inside your bra with the opening in the silicone membrane centered over your nipple. The ventilation holes in the shell must point upwards. The ventilation holes in the top of the shells allow air to circulate, thus preventing humidity and promoting healing. A nursing bra is recommended as it is roomier and the shell will fit more comfortably. If your breast leaks while wearing the nipple former, place a tissue in the inside at the bottom. Make sure that the holes are pointing upwards, so that the tissue does not cover the holes.
Caution:
Do not feed the breast milk collected in the shell/tissue to baby. Discard this milk.

Cleaning instructions:
A) Before first use and subsequently once daily:
Sterilize the separated parts.
B) After each use:
Wash the separated parts with a mild cleaning solution, rinsed thoroughly in cold water and dried on a clean cloth.
Information regarding delivery for registered article:
Postage delivery preferred. 1st delivery will be free. If re-delivery is required, additional charges will be required.
It will take 2 working days (estimated) for Singpost to deliver to the provided mailing address. If no one receives the article, delivery man will leave a delivery advice for you to collect from the designated post office or reschedule another delivery. If article is not collected within 10 days from post office/redelivery, the article will be returned to me.
