just to confirm whether do we have to pay to start a bulk purchase thread?

seen the guideline seem that it must be paid , similar to commercial listing?

If u do it at another forum they charge u $25 for 7 days

Normally how long do we get the reply?

Anybody know where can i read the rules for starting commercial thread?
