Today's budget have confirmed that buyer stamp duty will be increase to 4% with effect tomorrow. This news would affect the new launches that will start launching soon such as Margaret Ville, 70@Truro, The Jovell, The Verandah Residences just to name a few.

While some people have mixed feelings on this latest news that have hit Singapore Property market, others feel that it is a good move by the government to control the housing price.

The year 2017 have seen at least 29 properties being enbloc and just at the start of 2018, 3 more projects have finalised their enbloc status.

From some other opinion of the current property situation property will continue with it full swing. The increase of the buyer stamp duty will have little effect on such project especially like Nim Collection. A collection of 47 landed housing at Ang Mo Kio Ave 5.
