Can eat cheese when pregnant?

hi mummies, can pregnant women take cheese? i heard my colleague said there r some type of cheese ve to avoid taking when pregnant?:err:

how abt kraft singles?

ehhh.. actu i didnt noe abt this. but i just took those kraft cheese as usual. but i heard tt preeg shd try to avoid processed food lik hotdogs and hams. but i still took it.

actu i think as long as u take them in moderation, shd be okay.

I think shd be ok to take cheese, but don't take too much lor.....cos' those kraft singles are processed cheese, quite high in salt content and just like sausages don't take too much

cheese that are high contain of mold/fungus cannot eat... eg blue cheese ...
either other kind of cheese just eat moderate

Take only pasteurised cheeses.

Cheeses like brie, blue cheese and feta are best to be avoided.

Other cheeses like cheddar are high in salt content but an occassional indulgences is fine. Cheese is high in calcium. So they're good.

Are most cheeses sold in supermarket high in salt content? den i beta dun take daily...

You're right about the processed foods as it contains some chemicals that could be not so well for our health and the babies..
