[FONT=&quot]500gm[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Fresh groundnuts[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]300gm[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Red dates[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]12 pcs[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Garlic[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]6 pcs[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Huiji waist tonic[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]60-80ml[/FONT]









[FONT=&quot]1.Boil pork ribs with groundnuts in water and pour away water[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]2. Put fresh water to boil and add in red dates and garlic to simmer for around 1 hour[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Add 60-80 ml of Huiji Waist tonic [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Serve immediately, it is gdfor breastfeeding mums to drink as much hot soup as possible as it helps lactation![/FONT]

anyone has papaya soup recipe?
hey dunno if ure referring to this soup?

[FONT=&quot]Papaya and Fish Soup[/FONT][FONT=&quot]


Ingredients:
Green (unripe) or semi-ripe papaya 700g
Fish, can b snakehead, carp, seabream, pomfret... 300g
Fish bones
Red dates 12 pcs
Dang Shen 2 pcs
Yuzhu 5g
Ginger 6 slices
huiji waist tonic 40-80ml

Instructions:

* Put fish bones, ginger, dang shen, red dates, yuzhu in water and boil for half an hour

* Add papaya and when papaya softens, add fish and simmer till fish is cooked

* Add 40-80 ml of waist tonic (i think u can get it at most supermarkets)

* Serve immediately. heard it's gd for breastfeeding mums to drink as much piping hot soup as possible as it helps lactation[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot](I think the waist tonic’s Chinese name is huiji bu yao jing. Can get at NTUC fairprice)[/FONT]

Red date chicken soup
Chicken thigh : 2pcs

Red dates(remove seeds) : 30g (25pcs)

Long yan : 5g

Gouqi : 1 tbsp

Boiled Water : ½ cup

Waist Tonic : 1cup

Method
1) Wash chicken, drain, set aside
2) Wash red dates, long yan, gouqi, place them in stewing pot
3) Put in chicken, add half a cup of water, cover with lid
4) Place stewing pot into a bigger pot of boiling water
5) Stew over medium heat for 2 hours
6) Remove stewing pot, add 1 cup of Waist Tonic, serve when hot

Hi,

Instead of throwing everything in at the same time,
try this,
1. Rinse the wolfberries with hot water to get rid of the wax coating.
2. Throw in the wolfberries 15-20minutes before the soup is ready to serve.
3. It should prevent the wolfberries from overcook and the soup won't have a sour taste.

I think it would be better if anyone that wanna share their soup recipes, kindly let us know how much of the ingredients to add & bowls of water to add... JMHO...
