can you share your experience? Also, I heard Tong Ji's medcine
dispensed needs to be prepared on our own. True or false?

I didn't go to Chung Hwa, but I visited Dr Tan Kian Sing, the head of infertility @ Chung Hwa Medical, at his own clinic @ Clementi.
His medicine is in packets, so you just have to pour all the packets into a glass then pour hot water.
I went to Tong Ji too. The medicine is in "raw" form, for example: leaves, flowers, etc. So you have to brew all these in a brewing pot (claypot) for about 2 hours (3 bowls to 1 bowl).
I think the ingredients is about the same (from the taste & names).
