This post is set to public for sharing purposes... It took me some time to decide to post on Social Media as I never like announcing such experiences online but a certain part of me felt mistreated and I cannot let this go without sharing. It is with regards to the awful services I received from CITISPA since CASE does not care and told me to post on Social Media if I want to. FYI: CITISPA is CASE-accredited. I wonder how is it possible with the services rendered. It started from last year when I informed the AMK outlet manager during noon that I couldn't attend the 7pm appointment due to I needed to OT on that night but the AMK outlet manager told me that it is ok and will keep my appointment open for me to go if I can make it. Around 7pm+ the AMK outlet manager called and scolded me for not attending and said "If you don't want to come, please let us know, we have other customers waiting for this slot". After few days, I feel totally uncomfortable with CITISPA and so I called the AMK outlet again asking for refund. This is when the ultimate awful experience started. The AMK outlet manager told me "We are CASE-accredited and if you want a refund, you should call within one month of signing the package and not now. Now we cannot issue you a refund. If you want you can contact the office at the general hotline or general email address. But I don't think they will issue you a refund, too bad lor". WOW!!! I then called CITISPA's HQ general hotline and emailed them. However, no matter what time of the day u called, nobody picks up the phone. General emails for weeks nobody reply. I had to google for their directors name and tried matching and tried sending before I finally got a reply from Irene Leong (PA to director). If you guys do a "CITISPA review" google search, CITISPA is full of negative reviews. It is what I did and got a shocked therefore I wanted a refund but CITISPA refused to settle with me amicably after dragging for months and Irene Leong (PA to Director) said that the receipt I signed is legitimate and it indicates ".....payment of any amount due to CITISPA shall not be entitled to any refund" I ended up having to go to Small Claims Tribunal for a refund and CITISPA is only willing to refund me about half of what I paid. I agreed as I do not want to have anything to do with them anymore. Even after losing around half of what I paid, CITISPA still tried to be funny insisting in me going down to their HQ personally to sign their T&Cs, if not they will not refund me. Even after going down to CITISPA HQ to collect cheque, Irene Leong accused me of snatching the refund cheque as I didn't want to sign on further agreement imposed by CITISPA and Irene Leong threatened to void my refund cheque if I refused to sign the agreement. I wish to quote again, refund is made via a SCT order and not personally between CITISPA and myself, therefore any further T&Cs issued by CITISPA is invalid and I reserved all rights to not sign. I will sign nothing other than a simple acknowledgement of receipt which indicates I received the cheque. Lastly, all further upsetting experiences at CITISPA HQ on the cheque collection day are indicated in the photo captions with the detailed ones on the police report lodged. By posting this, on top of sharing my awful experience with CITISPA, I would like to highlight to all consumers to always READ the T&Cs even though it is a SPA package. Check google reviews, FB reviews which in this case CITISPA FB does not allow any ratings or reviews from customers, I wonder WHY... There could still be unforeseen incidents happening which may result in monetary losses. Like for myself, I lost around $1.2K for nothing.. P/S: If you have a heart, donate the S$1.2K to charity with evidence to media, probably it will save you some reputation.
