Creative Art centre

Good day, Mummies.
I am a newbie in this forum. After reading thru the posts, I felt that the contents discussed are pretty interesting. Well anyway, I am in the planning process of setting up a creative centre and I would appreciate if you could contribute your opinions/ what you would be expecting from a creative art centre.

What does the creative centre do? Is it like an arts school??
