Darkening of underarms

Hi mummies, I noticed that my underarms darkened alot during my pregnancy. I had already given birth abt 2 weeks ago but my underarms are still the same... :( it's quite ugly...do any mummies here exp the same thing? If yes, then are u all able to get rid of it?? :embarrassed:

mine was darkened too when i was preg. it will fade off but takes time. mine was better aft my confinement and bk to normal abr 2-3 mths later. =)

and im fat, my inner thighs get rubbed often, then darken!!
so i have to wear a shorts inside. so troublesome..

heard scrub helps leh...but duno what brand.
i used my usual scurb, from bodyshop, still the same.. some ppl said, aft pregnancy then will lighten..
mayb i have to try aft i give birth lo..

mine darkened alot too!very ugly!after confinement got a little better. then i applied Nivea whitening lotion(not the deodorant kind) at my armpits after shower. It got much better surprisingly! n the change was quite drastic! i apply twice a day but now getting abit too lazy coz v bz with baby:shyxxx:

I bought white sea salt body scrub from

Ladywellnessmassage abt $15 can use for 1-2 months.

Scrub every 3 days and see the darken areas whitened a lot.

Think it's worth to buy as can use on armpits, shoulders, hands, legs feets fully body.

Hehe.

So after 2 months ur underarms are back to norm already??

Mine also darkened now 2 weeks after birth it has lightened a bit... I realised it's been a long time since I plucked my armpit hair :001_302:

mine darkened too during 1st pregnancy but went back to normal after a few months (not sure how long maybe 5 months?) without using any products there. According to my massage lady, it is quite comon and will get back to normal after a few months. But no hair there now so yippee!!!

You mean after pregnancy the hair there stopped growing?

i agreed the hair grow slower.
last time i went brazilian waxing, within 1 mth, sure muz go wax..now the hair takes abt 1+mth - 2mths then grow alot..

my inner thighs really in bad condition lo..very black...
i wan some very effective scrub leh..
