Been here in Singapore since Jan 2015, we need a full time helper as we have been struggling with unreliable temp / part-time people.
We have someone in mind who is presently in India (Indian citizen) and hence only need the agency to do the paperwork. Is there any reliable agency who can do an Indian maids direct hire and won't charge an unnecessarily high amount?
Also do you normally pick which insurance/health care agency the maid is tied to? I wouldn't want to get something that's got a bad track record.
Is it also worth going to a Bank directly for the Bond? I work for a Bank and hence curious if it makes sense to do this.
