Did you start off at normal weight before pregnancy? If you're underweight already it's not good for baby. But if you're at a healthy weight still, then don't need to worry, your body has sufficient reserves. If your gynae never say anything then rest assured that your weight loss is not impacting you or baby.I threw up many times even though I'm in my second trimester. Also very selective of food. I'm already 2 kg below my normal pre-preg weight. dont know what to do. Just when I thought honeymoon period is coming
I was very underweight for 1st pregnancy, and dropped to 40kg due to morning sickness. Mind you, I'm 1.65m tall so I was practically a walking skeleton. My gynae was always urging me to gain quickly cos I looked too gaunt and malnourished, and my Baby's growth slowed down in 3rd trimester.
