Hello mrs eg,hi hi koala bear mummy,
you mentioned 'properties which might trigger some symptoms', may I know what kind of symptoms you are talking about?
Hi dear, Milo of course not a problem, never heard anything negative, except it may get heaty that's all. Get those calcium enriched 3-in-1 packeted ones, they cost slightly more than the non calcium fortified ones in supermarts.hi hi koala bear mummy,

By the way, caffeine is also present in chocolate, especially my favourite dark chocolates!!!
Ever since pregnant, I limited my chocolate intake to an occasional treat once a week and save my quota for only the most premium types, very pure and with little additives.
This means Milo needs to be taken in moderation too.

Which foods should I avoid during pregnancy?
Take cocoa drinks in moderation. Anyway, breastfeeding mums can't take too much chocolate too because chocolate is a common allergen in babies and young children. Children are supposed to start taking chocolate when they are at least 2 years old.Milo also has caffeine :err:? I thought it is the only caffeine free cocoa drink and i have been drinking every day...when i go Kandang Kerbau Hospital for checkup i drink like 3 cups coz its so nice!
Now i am worried coz the last time i drank 1 cup of teh c, then mocha coffee and at night coke, i ended up bleeding when i was 12 weeks pregnant the next day...scary...
