Any mommies on Dumex Mamil mama? I took it since my 1st tri all the way till 3rd tri. Mild, not so sweet taste compared to Anmum choc which i took before. Stock up till 5 tins to last me fr a few mths! Now im 7 weeks PP, n yes im still on it to support the blood loss during giving birth with the iron content, known fr their prebiotics fr good gut/digestion.. Also calcium + folic acid. While fully breastfeeding baby, im sure she will get all these nutrients from my mama milk!
