Heres a self tried & test............instead of using the common practice
(hot towel). Self recommend to use a baby plastic milk bottle. How ???
U need >>>
1) Baby Plastic Milk Bottle with a sealed cap.
2) Dry Towel
3) Hot Water
Firstly, fill the empty milk bottle with hot water & seal tight with cap.
Before seal tight, you may opt to use some hot water with the dry towel to clean your nipple. (Both Side any time)
Lastly, wrap the milk bottle with dry towel to massage or warm your breast for milk cow production.
Its very useful to me & I would like to share.
Not only it prolong the warm as compared to a towel & it can also be used as a massage tool. Have a happy evening my dearest mummyssssss.
