My EDD is 25 June. Already feeling much better now that second trimester is here! Was pretty tired the first few weeks in first trimester... symptoms much better now except always super hungry >.< anyone with KKH? we've been going there 'cos we like our gynae Dr Khoo but it's super ex... paid $500 plus already and only 2 appointments and scans so far...

Dear mommies to-be hope all of you are in good health. Im in my mid wk 12 now. My MS start again after not puking for the past few wks. There muz be something which I ate tat causes MS to come back. N not forgetting slight backache and laziness and heartburn. But fortunately all under control.
I have a qns here to all experienced mommies. Anyone of u with KKH previously? I just would like to know whats the difference between KKH and Thomson as now Im contemplating between this 2. As far as I know Thomson has antenatal packages starts from $500 and above which are claimable via Medisave and this includes consultations and scans, excludes test and medications. But what abt KKH? Do they have packages? Coz I'm aware KKH consultation, scans n test can be quite ex if you are under Private. And can we claim all this via Medisave at the end of the day?
Maybe some of u mommies can share with me some experienced between this 2 so that I can make my decision.

my belly slightly popped up! cant wear tight fitting dresses nw. zzz... cant wait to find out the gender but alas, hv to wait mid nxt month. today i'm 15w+. yup mt A is Slightly cheaper than thomson, cfm. as for chilli, each time i'm preggy i oso cant take too spicy though i still had chilli padi at times hohoho. btw nxt yr i gotta go tokyo... what do u mommies think? safe enough? really pondering on this for ages, dunno still got radiation not...........sigh

Yes! My belly button has popped out, i think since a month ago even. And my belly looks like 6 months already. But my gynae said that second pregnancy is like that, pain will come earlier too so better avoid doing too much physical work.

But my belly is BIGGGGG. Probably cause i'm petite size, so it seems bigger than usual.

I'm still at work.. Now at 2nd tri, already feeling alot better. Can eat can sleep can relax... No more nauseous or heartburn...
I'm planning to go on leave around 1-2 weeks before my EDD... Trying to rest more after my birth instead.. Hehe.
I heard from friends that gov intended to increase ML to 6 months, is it true? If 6 months very shiok but company sure not shiok lol..

Hello mummies, how are you girls doing ?
Today is a exciting day for me , cause it's the first time I felt my BB kicking me... I just woke up and lying flat on my bed, whatsapp-ing with my friends, then suddenly got movement.. I thought i mistaken.. So i put my hand on my stomach, then BB gave me a hard kick. I was like OMG !!!! I called out my husband who is brushing his teeth but he can't hear... But BB never move already so his father can't feel a thing.. Naughty naughty hehe..

My hubby & i just came back from Osaka and we totally enjoyed the trip. Actually i feel whether to go Japan or not, it's really up to u. if u decide to go, then don't allow urself to be affected by others say.

My edd is 22 Jun same as some of u.. Wanna check if anyone of you experience bad breakouts on the body? I have bad breakouts on my face, chest and back
u're not alone. I had quite a few obvious outbreaks on my collar bone area during first tri so i had to deliberately wear higher cut tops to cover up. Now the outbreaks are subsiding slowly & getting not so obvious.
I also have Bad outbreaks on my whole face, which makes me a little emo sometimes. Just hoping they will subside soon also.
If pple ask, i will just say 'hormone imbalance bcos of pregnancy'. Most of the time they will understand & stop asking about it.

Missolive, my gynae said the same thing and i conveniently outsourced all physical work to the hubs. Haha!
Qian1984, if ur trip is a holiday, just go for it and dont think so much. If it's work trip then no choice anyway! Just go and have fun! My first also a girl and i'm hoping for a boy. But gynae said nothing in between the legs at 16weeks. I am still hopeful cos symptoms are totally different from the 1st!!
Miez and Faithee, i have minor outbreak on my forehead. Some ppl say it's a sign that it's a boy! Cos the hormones are different from our female hormones and thus cause outbreak.

Hi Miez, i dont exactly have outbreak but my skin is definitely in worse condition than normally. It happened during my first pregnancy too, and after delivery it is all back to normal.

I havent bought anything cos already have the major stuff from my first boy. But i think there are some things I learnt from first one. For cot, get one with slide-down side. Much convenient for you. For breastpump, if you plan to fully bf and you are working, i feel Medela dual pump is great. Otherwise, avent electric one has served me well.
