Hi, I am offering coaching services for any kids who are keen to try out Track-and-field and Ultimate Frisbee. I was previously a member of the national team of both Track-and-field and Ultimate Frisbee. With 3 years of coaching experience, I have trained up numerous primary/secondary school kids who went on to represent their school and even the national team.
Classes are stress-free and interactive. My main guiding principle for my coaching work is to help kids build up their fundamental fitness and athletic awareness which will stand them in good stead to take part in other sports as well. For those who are keen in continuing in Track-and-field /Ultimate Frisbee, I will dedicate my time to help them excel in those sports.
