Yes able. & it stays on longer. Better than Loreal IMO

currently using mac fluidlines ( eyeliner in gel form ) , it lasts much much longer on mine lids and doesnt smudge at all =) $27 dollars a pot , and it goes a super long way =)

Initially wanted to get this too . But the thought of having to use a brush as an applicator for the fluidline turns me off . Haha .

haha. but actually quite fun leh , lol. kinda like using liquid eyeliner lor. anyways , i like kate super sharp liquid eyeliner too . very easy to draw =)

I m using Maybelline's one nw.
its really WATERPROOF!!!

i dont really knw hw to use the Gel kind of eyeliner....

just bought the Dior WaterProof Pencil Eyeliner , able to draw on very smoothly and the colour is very intense just like liquid eyeliner =) will be back to review on its "waterproof-ness" haha =)
