Spawned just last May within Pasir Panjang Food Centre, rather new kid on the block Fatty Ipoh Noodles (a poky little corner stall straitly shoehorned between relative old-timers Ah Tiam Curry Rice and Chong Jia Food) is seemingly zealous about impressing upon local palates the virtues of Malaysian zi char, in this instance through divvying out variegated noodle-centric vittles. One can therefore expect the sine qua non of canonical Bolehland-style wok works, like "yu kong hor" aka moonlight hor fun, braised KL hokkien mee, salted fish bee tai mak among others. But whether they do turn our crank remains to be seen, soon enough though.
Fatty Ipoh Noodles opens daily from 11am-9pm except Saturdays.
