i was pumping like practically every 3 hours after the pregnancy ,even when I have no milk in the beginning. After about 3 weeks, i think the milk began to regulate. I believe papaya fish soup helps too. I drank once and didn't dare to touch it after that
The bad news is, I didn't get sufficient sleep. Had to pump in the middle of the nite too..
