Fruit Juice

I'm giving 40ml of watermelon juice to ds everyday coz he always got hard stools w blood everytime he poo. Izzit okie to give fruit juice everyday? Izzit a must to dilute all fruit juices?

my pd advise me to give papaya. actually no need to dilute. it will be sweet but it's not added sugar should be alright.

u mean blended papaya juice? I give papaya to ds but not on daily basis coz was told not to give everyday. Just wan to noe if it's a must to dilute juices we give to our bb

Papaya dun need to blend, juz mash up n serve will do
