huiyin87: haha, can... collecting keys in beginning of 2011, way ahead of time. original plans was to collect keys in 3rd quarter 2012 ( i think).
When will you be collecting keys?

mine BTO is mar2010, tink collect keys ard last quarter2013

but till now haven even pay the 5% yet lo, and haven start buliding either..

Oic, so still got some time. I drive past the block of flats everyday from work to my parents' place and can see it's almost done.
But collect keys also headache, then need to spend $ to do renovation *haha*
my blk's 443A.

once they call u to pay thr 5%, they would start building very quickly
