Hari Raya Light Up 2019
From now till to 16 June 2019, Geylang Serai will be bathed in a sea of colourful lights in conjunction with the Muslim holy month of Ramadan and in the lead up to Hari Raya Puasa.

Continuing the theme of “Celebrating the kampung spirit”, the dazzling display of close to 50 light installations stretches 1.8km along Changi Road, Geylang Road and Sims Avenue. The display bears icons closely related to the Malay culture, such as a mosque featuring golden domes surrounded by full blooms, a kampung house and a gendang, a traditional Malay drum.
