Introduction
This course introduces its participants to the professional skills and techniques involved in assembling a gift hamper. Participants will learn about the different types of hampers, as well as assembling based on occasion or requirements.
Course Objective
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Utilise the proper tools and equipment for hamper arrangement tasks
2. Read and prepare a work order
3. Design and wrap a hamper to a professional level, and according to the given specification and theme
The content developed helps to facilitate an individual's ability to identify the design and aesthetics to create a professional hamper. The product or outcome of this is each individual's underpinning knowledge of the topic involved that they are able to transfer these skills and apply them at their place of work.
Application of skills learnt
Upon completion of the course, participants is able to:
1. Look for a job that requires a certified hamper or gift assembler
2. Utilise what they have learnt as a hobby
3. Pursue an AIHL Specialist course in Gifts and Hampers Arrangement
