How do u communicate with maid?

communicate means not ji tong ya jiang (conversation involving a chicken n a duck) = totally clueless what other party trying to express.

Understand only Filippino has a better command of English, others are a bit problematic. If u can speak a bit of their lauguage, of cos good but not always so how to make sure yr msg is rec'd correctly by maid?

Draw, show pictures, gestures ...... ???
Any incident whether u almost vomit blood or laugh till roll on the floor?

for this current maid i've got, an indon, she dun understand and dun speak a word of english. Unlike what she put in her biodata.

So I've go to resort to using my laptop, got to a website that does translation from english to indonesian. Tat's how i communicate with her.
