i think i have pretty enough of hrs of slp per day..... just that every weekdays i have to wake up early to prepare my son for sch.

now that my baby gal is coming along in another month or 2, i think i will be having only a few hrs of slp per day!

I rather to have a good sleep than long hours sleep. Ever since have 2 kids around, 6 hrs sleep is normal, 7-8hrs for some wkd. Dun think got more than that since 2 yrs back...

Ya . An undisturbed 5 hours sleep is much better compared to 7 hours of sleep but have to keep waking up to Ds's tossing and turning
