You can read about this on folderly.com. There you can find all the information you will ever need about the emails. But I don't think that it is possible to change the date when you received an email. I think it will automatically go to the blacklist of the email service. After you will finish changing the date, try to use the spam checker tool. It would show you if you were banned. In case you are banned, you will be considered a spammer. All the emails you will be sending will automatically go into the spam folder.
