1. Fried - marinate with salt, curry powder & cornflour; marinade with Kenturky powder from local shop; salt, pepper & cornflour;
2. Oven Bake - char siu sauce plus ginger & garlic (crushed); hoisin sauce; oyster sauce, garlic, ginger & soy sauce;
If you wanna stew, or braised, can also add in a cup of Huiji Waist Tonic (Can get from NTUC).Yum, I love wings ancing_tongue:

taste with good smell after adding rice wine, great works.If you wanna stew, or braised, can also add in a cup of Huiji Waist Tonic (Can get from NTUC).
It will give it a very herbal taste.. For a "Drunked Chicken' effect, apart from the waist tonic, add in another cup of rice wine... Simple and yum!
