To setup herbal bath for confinement, place each packet of herbal bath pack into a pot of boiling water, and allow the herbal pack to infuse into the boiling water for 15 – 20 minutes or until water darkens. Mix the boiled herbal bath water with a larger amount of water. Your bath water is now done and the temperature can be adjusted to your liking by adding or reducing the amount of water you mix with the boiler herbal water.
