I need the contact of Dr.Zainal Muttakin please

He's normal work at Sbcc rivervale plaza but now the clinic close for renovate and I try to get his contact but seem like onone know
The staff only tell me that he going to open new clinic but they also don't know where is it.
My daughter need to get blood test every 3-4 months due to her thyroid issue. I normally see Dr.Zainal and he very details and really care. So I kind of dont want to start over my daughter case with other doctor as Dr.Zainal already follow and understand the case from the begining.

So anybody know his new clinic or any of his contact number please tell me. Thank you in advance.

Hi Dr Zainal is setting up his new clinic over at The Midtown in Hougang right opposite Holy Innocents Secondary. Not sure if he started business or not but he was rushing his renovations during Hari Raya. Hopes this helps.
